Room 14 have been writing poems about Autumn. Here are some for you to read!
Autumn leaves like fire,
Dancing through the trees.
Swirling, twirling to the ground.
To the carpet of leaves.
Callum
Autumn Falls
My leafman has crunchy leaves.
They are orange, red, brown and purple.
And the leaves on the ground,
Look like feathers on a hen.
Dan
Autumn Leaves
Autumn leaves crunch like a chip on the ground,
When you stand on them.
The leaves fall down by diving down,
When they are really old like brown.
Savannah
Autumn Leaves
Leaves falling from a tree.
Twirling and swirling,
Down to the ground.
Red, brown, yellow and gold.
Looks like fire,
Around the tree.
Ashley

Callum, I love your poem too and I think of our big copper beech tree as I read it. I also think of the dogs playing in the carpet of leaves. Poems are such wonderful ways to imagine things.
