Help!  Nobody's picked me yet!  Hey, somebody's coming.  Come on! Come on!  Yay.  I got picked.  I feel marvelous.  I'm so nearly there to the green card slot.  I'm in yay!  And all I havr to do now is wait.... I waited for 2 weeks.  Cool!  They're counting my brothers and sisters.  Here I come, yay!  I'm the 36th green card and I did not get put in the bin, yay!

I Am An Earthquake

Crackle!  I started to crack.  the ground started to shake.  I cracked so much that there were holes in the ground, big cracks too.  I did not know what was happening.  Suddenly I knew it was only me.  I tried to stop but I couldn't.  But suddenly I stopped.  I was hoping that no damage was done but there was lots of damage.  I felt very sorry for them, very very sorry.  But they cleaned it all up.  There were lots of aftershocks.

Going Shooting

In my weekend I went with my brother up to the hills.  Our friend Alister came to say how are me and my brother Jethro going.  He said 'Do you guys want to go hunting with me?'  Me and my brother Jethro just had to say yes.  We asked 'Can we go in the jeep?'.  Alister said 'Yes'.  We shot 7 rabbits nd 14 hares.  We shot one stag.  We counted its antlers.  It had 30 antlers on each horn.  We were amazed.  We shot the stag with a 308.  After that we ate its back steaks.  It was cool.  We shot 3 rabbits each, but... I shot 5 rabbits because I was lucky. When we shot the deer I just about fell over.

Room 14 have been writing poems about Autumn. Here are some for you to read!

Autumn Leaves

Autumn leaves like fire,
Dancing through the trees.
Swirling, twirling to the ground.
To the carpet of leaves.

Callum

Autumn Falls

My leafman has crunchy leaves.
They are orange, red, brown and purple.
And the leaves on the ground,
Look like feathers on a hen.

Dan

Autumn Leaves

Autumn leaves crunch like a chip on the ground,
When you stand on them.
The leaves fall down by diving down,
When they are really old like brown.

Savannah

Autumn Leaves

Leaves falling from a tree.
Twirling and swirling,
Down to the ground.
Red, brown, yellow and gold.
Looks like fire,
Around the tree.
